Sam Adeleke graduated with honours in Communication engineering from Plymouth University, Devon, UK and became chartered Engineer with Engineering Council of UK and registered Engineer with Council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, (COREN) in Nigeria. He is also a registered IT professional with CPN and Fellow of the Nigerian society of Engineers (FNSE). Engr. Sam Adeleke had served on the Council of CPN, NCS, ATCON; Board of Digital Bridge Institute; Chairman and Chief Examiner of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Chairman Internet Service Providers Association of Nigeria (ISPAN) and currently as the Chief Inspector COREN Engineering Regulation and Monitoring (ERM). He was one of the promoters of the Ibadan Internet Exchange point (IBIX), the first exchange point in Nigeria and was appointed consultant to NCC for the establishment of IXPN.
Engr. Adeleke’s career in telecoms and IT spans over 4 decades as founder and Chief Executive of Digitek Teevee Engineering Company Ltd, Steineng Limited, Steinserve Innovation and also currently the Chairman of Eleyele Waterfront development company (EWDC) Ltd, a real estate and infrastructure development company of a first Smart city in Ibadan. His current passion is Mentoring younger generation of IT professionals.
